Responsibilities: Ship products that don't have precedent: Partner with product teams launching financial innovations that regulators haven't contemplated yet. Qualifications: A qualifying law degree and license to practice law in the United States or Canada; 7+ years of relevant legal experience; experience counseling Product teams on financial regulatory matters, privacy, consumer protection, and compliance; exceptional analytical thinking and relationship-building; ability to manage external counsel across jurisdictions. Bonus Experience: Experience with fintech licenses; launching financial products internationally; embedded finance, open banking, crypto.
