Ireland BU Director - Evercam - Remote - Global

Evercam is on a mission to become the category leader for Reality Driven Intelligence (RDI) in construction, a $7 trillion industry. The company unifies fixed cameras, drones, and 360° technology to improve construction productivity, safety, and profitability. The Ireland BU Director will lead the Irish market, driving growth, managing P&L, and innovating with AI and data-driven solutions. The role involves influencing a matrix organization, building market presence, and developing teams. The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of relevant experience, construction industry knowledge, and AI fluency. Based in Ireland, preferably Dublin or Wicklow, with hybrid work, a €90k base salary, up to €145k OTE, and equity. Responsibilities include managing revenue, margins, pipeline, and market strategy.
