Property Accountant (Housing Companies) - Maijasto Oy - Helsinki, Finland

Maijasto is looking for experienced professionals with a background in housing companies to join our team. The work is taken seriously, but not overly so. We are seeking a Property Accountant. Your colleague expects you to be a cheerful professional who does not get confused by debits and credits even in tight situations. An absolute requirement for the selected candidate is experience in the following tasks: previous experience in accounting for housing companies, previous experience in maintenance fee monitoring and loan management, strong professional pride. Our employees have an average of about 18 years of experience in property management, but we do not require this from new team members. What we do expect is a strong desire to develop Finland’s best property management, a vision of what good property management is, and a proactive attitude. We have great properties and boards as our clients, with whom it is a pleasure to work. We have a good team, and it’s enjoyable to work together — this is also evident in our office daily. Our office is located at Mansku 44, with excellent transportation connections. We are patient and willing to wait for the right people, but we are ready to make a decision as soon as we find a good match.
