HR Specialist Analytics & Projects - Nordex Finland Oy - Mutilva, Spain

As part of our growth, we are looking for a HR Specialist Analytics & Projects (m/f/d) to support with the design of the HR projects and reports for data analysis. You will be working within the People and Culture area. YOUR TASKS - Participation in the design, implementation, and coordination of HR projects, including ownership of individual HR initiatives. - Preparation of reports and analyses - Coordination and execution of national compensation processes (e.g., collective salary increases, bonus payments) - Development of communication strategies and materials, as well as presentations - Handling of special topics in the HR area YOUR PROFILE - Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field - Initial professional experience in HR or Controlling is desirable - Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers - Excellent Excel skills - Fluent in Spanish and English language skills - Proactive and independent working style - Team orientation and quick comprehension - High resilience and flexibility YOUR BENEFITS: In addition to the opportunity to make our world a little more sustainable, we offer you: *Some offers may vary by location.
