Job Description
We are partnering with a globally recognised leader in the media and advertising industry to build a new RPO solution supporting talent pipelines, sourcing strategies, and high-quality hiring outcomes across ANZ. The role involves partnering with recruiters and stakeholders, focusing on proactive sourcing, market mapping, and identifying top talent, while ensuring a strong candidate experience. The ideal candidate has proven sourcing experience in media, advertising, marketing, creative, digital, or agency sectors, with strong knowledge of the talent landscape, headhunting, market mapping, and stakeholder collaboration skills. This is a build-and-scale environment with a high-performing team, offering a chance to shape sourcing strategy from day one.
