We are now looking for a Senior Product Manager, Services to lead the development of Polar’s B2C digital service offering. About the role In this role, you will be responsible for Polar’s B2C service offering across Polar’s web service, applications and other digital services. As part of the Product Management team, you will work in close collaboration with fellow product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the services portfolio and related solutions also support Polar’s B2C offering. You will create measurable impact on user engagement, retention, customer lifetime value and new service-based revenue streams. Key responsibilities Own the B2C service portfolio: Define and drive service strategy and roadmap across web, applications and other digital services. Ensure alignment with company strategy and commercial targets. Lead business and decision making: Develop and own business cases for related service concepts. Act as the customer voice towards Products & Services teams, making prioritization decisions. Ensure Polar services contribute to sales, customer experience, and long-term competitiveness. Align end-to-end experience: Ensure seamless experience across devices, services and content. Work closely with the Product Management, R&D, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure the service portfolio supports both B2C and B2B needs. What we’re looking for 5–10+ years of experience in digital product management (apps, SaaS, platforms or subscription services), ideally in health, wellness or sports technology. Ability to discuss and work credibly with both business and technical stakeholders and make informed trade-offs in complex contexts. Strong commercial thinking, including experience in business cases, pricing, profitability or other scalable business model considerations. Experience in health and wellness is considered a strong advantage, especially with a track record of turning services into scalable business. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making prioritization decisions. Strong collaboration and communication skills in English and Finnish. Interested?
