As our growth continues, we are now seeking a sales-oriented HR Specialist for our Helsinki office to strengthen customer acquisition, personnel service sales, and development of customer relationships in the Helsinki metropolitan area. This role suits you if you are familiar with the personnel service industry, enjoy working with clients, and derive energy from achieving results. The position emphasizes knowledge of the Helsinki business environment, new customer acquisition, and the ability to build and develop long-term customer relationships. We especially value a ready local or regional customer network and proven success in sales within the personnel service sector. You will succeed in this role if you have at least two years of experience in similar roles, experience in personnel service sales or customer management, proven track record in new customer acquisition and developing customer relationships, good knowledge of the Helsinki business environment, an active, diligent, and proactive work approach, cost-conscious and results-driven mindset, good stress tolerance, fluent Finnish and good English language skills, and willingness to commit long-term and grow in the role.
