Earthworks Worker Are you looking for practical earthmoving work where you can see the results of your work immediately on the construction site? In this role, you will join a construction site in Raisio to perform foundation work in close cooperation with the machine operator. What does the work involve? The work is located at a construction site in Raisio, where foundation work, earthmoving, and ground preparation are carried out. You will work as a partner to the machine operator and ensure that work phases progress according to plans. Your tasks may include: * Installation of sewer networks and pipelines * Assisting with trenching and pipe laying work as a partner to the machine operator * Use of pipe and laser levels * Measuring heights according to technical drawings Workdays are built around practical tasks. In this role, you will do diverse infrastructure and earthmoving work, where initiative, carefulness, and teamwork skills directly influence the smoothness of the work. What do we expect from you? We hope you have some practical experience in earthworks or similar tasks. The most important thing in this role is to approach work actively and understand the daily life on a construction site. You should have: * Practical understanding of earthworks * Readiness to work as a partner to the machine operator on site * Ability to read technical drawings * Basic skills in measurements in a construction environment * Experience or willingness to use pipe and laser levels * Proactive and responsible work attitude * Excellent Finnish language skills What do we offer? * A long-term project, estimated 4-6 months * Opportunity to continue in other projects of the company afterwards * Work in a stable Finnish company * A concrete and diverse role in earthmoving * Possibility to start work according to agreement at the beginning of July The salary is €14-18/hour depending on your skills and experience.
