We are now seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the conference and breakfast operations at Break Sokos Hotel Flamingo. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the hotel's conference and breakfast services, customer experience, staff, and profitable business development. You will lead your team with a coaching approach and ensure that our service meets the high standards of both our customers and the Sokos Hotels chain. Your responsibilities include: - Leading and developing the daily operations of conference and breakfast services - Ensuring customer experience, service quality, and profitability - Collaborating closely with other hotel departments - Overseeing staff well-being, skill development, and success - Monitoring goal achievement and developing operations based on key figures - Actively participating in hotel management team work and business development We expect you to have: - Experience in supervisory roles within restaurant, hotel, or service industries - Experience in result-oriented personnel management - Ability to manage large entities and varying customer flows - Business-oriented thinking and understanding of profitability management - Good communication and collaboration skills - A desire to develop operations and motivate others to succeed We especially value a positive, solution-oriented, and coaching leadership style, as well as the ability to build a culture of success together.
