My client is building a crypto casino brand with fast product & ground breaking marketing with unique takes on games. They are looking for a Head of Growth to own user acquisition end to end - the person who decides how they grow and then makes it happen. You'll set strategy across every channel that matters, build the systems to measure it, and grow a team around you as they scale. You will have the strategic authority of a senior leadership role with the hands-on freedom of an early-stage company. You won't be waiting on sign-off or fighting through layers. You'll have ownership, a real budget, and the runway to prove what works. Own growth and user acquisition across all channels, from strategy through execution. Build a growth acquisition engine across the full spectrum of marketing. Own streamer acquisition - a core channel in our space - and turn it into something repeatable and measurable. Develop affiliate, paid, social, and community channels into a high-performing growth machine. Design deal and incentive structures that drive growth while protecting margin. Build the tracking, attribution, and reporting that tells them exactly what's working.
