We are currently looking for a customer-oriented occupational health psychologist to join Mehiläinen in Kokkola. We focus strongly on developing our mental health services, and psychologists are central in creating new solutions. At Mehiläinen, we engage in continuous multidisciplinary collaboration to improve our daily practices, work quality, and impact. As an occupational health psychologist, you will be responsible for your client companies' multidisciplinary occupational health teams, serving as an expert in your field. You will work with the staff, supervisors, management, and work communities of client companies. Together with colleagues and clients, you will produce preventive solutions to enhance workplace well-being, productivity, and a positive work environment. We require you to have a psychology degree and experience in team and individual work. A strong interest in organizational psychology and self-marketing skills are essential. You should be proactive, positive, and able to build smooth contacts with stakeholders, colleagues, and decision-makers. Fluency in Finnish is required for communication with clients. Skills in Swedish and English, as well as occupational health qualification, are advantageous. Vaccination against infectious diseases is also required.
