Full-time Cleaner for Weekdays - ISS Palvelut Oy - Rovaniemi, Finland

We are now looking for three CLEANERS for our customer sites in ROVANIEMI. In this position, you will be responsible for the maintenance cleaning of our customer sites. Depending on the area, your area of responsibility may include a shopping center, commercial premises and/or stair cleaning. The work sites are located in the city center, in the III district and in Korkalovaara. You will work in several sites during the working day. In one area, you move by company car, so performing the task requires a driver's license. In two other areas, you can move between sites on foot or by bicycle. Your shifts are on weekdays from 5 am to 1 pm or 7 am to 3 pm. This employment is full-time (37.5 h / week) and valid until further notice. Work begins according to the agreement between 17.8. and 1.9.2026. Salary for the position is paid according to salary group 2 of the Property Services industry collective agreement, as well as possible additions. Salary group 2 is €12.59/h starting from 1.8.2026. What we expect from you: - previous experience in cleaning work for at least one year, we especially value experience in cleaning commercial premises or stairwells. Education in the cleaning services field is considered an advantage. - knowledge of modern cleaning techniques and user experience with cleaning robotics. - fluent Finnish language skills, so you can communicate with the customer and your team. - B-driver's license, which entitles you to drive a manual transmission vehicle (one work area). The possibility of using your own car is considered an advantage. - occupational safety card. A valid one is considered an advantage, but we will arrange training if necessary. - ability to organize your own work, ability to act independently in varying work environments as well as a precise and careful way of working. - excellent service attitude. - good physical condition, as there is a lot of movement during the working day.
