You will lead and develop a team of about 7 electrical experts in building technology, focusing on daily operations, business growth, and project participation. The role involves managerial tasks, customer engagement, and project involvement. You will actively build customer relationships, network, and identify market needs. Your responsibilities include leading and coaching the team, managing operations, developing business, participating in sales and marketing, and collaborating with other experts and managers across locations. Projects include residential, commercial, industrial, daycare, hospital, school, and museum buildings, offering broad development opportunities. We support your growth through training at Sweco Academy and external courses. Our culture emphasizes friendliness and flat hierarchy, with direct reporting to the business unit manager. The team is based in Jyväskylä.
