Special Education Teacher for Early Childhood Education, Eastern Area - Oulun kaupunki - Oulu, Finland

We are hiring a temporary special education teacher for early childhood education in the eastern area of the City of Oulu. The position runs from August 3, 2026, to July 31, 2027. The teacher will work mainly with preschool groups at a daycare in Jääli and a private daycare in Kiiminki. The qualification requirements include compliance with the Early Childhood Education Act (540/2018, Section 30), a specialized qualification according to regulation (608/2005) Section 2 or a master's degree in education with a major in special pedagogy. Salary ranges from €3,124.05 to €3,239.10, based on the job-specific pay system and levels of competence and responsibility. The candidate must present a criminal record extract and a health statement before starting. The position includes a trial period.
