CNC Machinist Pori Are you looking for a stable job where your work is visible every day? We are seeking CNC machinists for our client company in the Pori area. This is a great opportunity to join modern production and find a long-term and stable position in machining. Job description: The tasks include operating and monitoring CNC machines, changing parts, measuring, and quality assurance. You will play a central role in production, responsible for smooth manufacturing and high quality. The factory uses a modern FMS production system that is 60 meters long and contains 100 machining pallets. You will work with various measuring tools to ensure that the produced parts meet precise quality requirements. The work may involve working on one or multiple machines simultaneously, for which additional compensation is paid. Working hours, salary, and employment: The work is organized in a five-shift system, consisting of two morning shifts, two evening shifts, and two night shifts, followed by four days off. The minimum salary is €16 per hour, increasing with skills and experience. With collective agreement supplements, earnings can easily exceed €20 per hour from the start. Additionally, extra pay is provided for multi-machine operation. The employment is permanent and long-term.
