Production Worker - SOL Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy - Kotka, Finland

We are looking for committed production workers for our client company, to be called in as needed for temporary employment. The tasks include supervising packaging lines, quality control, ensuring smooth process flow, and keeping the work station tidy. The work is straightforward but requires perseverance and the ability to work attentively throughout the shift to ensure good quality. The work involves standing for long periods, which requires adequate basic fitness and endurance. The offered shifts may be single shifts or several days long, depending on needs. Shifts can be offered on short notice, so we require applicants to be ready to respond quickly. The factory/industrial environment involves three shifts every day of the week: morning shift from 6 am to 2 pm, evening shift from 2 pm to 10 pm, and night shift from 10 pm to 6 am. Previous experience in similar work is not necessary, as training is provided. Understanding of factory/industrial processes is an advantage. We expect applicants to have a proactive and energetic attitude, self-direction, thoroughness, and an understanding of hygiene requirements in the food industry. Work begins with comprehensive training at the end of July / beginning of August. Wages are based on the Food Industry Collective Agreement, starting at a minimum of €11.92/hour, plus experience, service years, and shift allowances.
