Job Description
Korn Ferry is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Manager (Hybrid - Spring, TX or San Jose, CA) to support our client. The TA Manager will contribute to Korn Ferry's growth and profitability goals by delivering best in class recruitment services to our client. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope to include oversight and support of the customized RPO solution. The aim of the role is to ensure the continued quality assurance of the project delivered to our client while being a true strategic partner. Responsibilities include creating and executing project work plans, defining search requests, resource allocation, developing sourcing strategies, applying staffing methodology, reviewing deliverables, managing risks, preparing project reviews, communicating with clients, developing reports, tracking hours and expenses, participating in project scoping, identifying business opportunities, managing client interactions, and supporting team performance. Requirements include 5-10 years of leadership in talent acquisition, understanding of full life cycle recruiting, metrics, SLA/SOW, revenue models, Excel and PowerPoint skills, HR laws, business development, team leadership, data analysis, planning, communication, customer orientation, cultural interaction, adaptability, and a high school diploma or higher. Salary range is $95,000 - $115,000. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, vacation, paid holidays, sick leave, and internal mobility.
