We are seeking experts for the public sector framework agreement competition (20262030): (Level requirements are in a separate Excel file, which I will send separately to the applicant for completion.) - Team Agile Coach - Organizational Agile Coach Introduction The procurement concerns IT expert services for public sector needs. The procurement includes twelve (12) independent sub-areas. Applicants can submit applications and be selected for one or more sub-areas. The procurement is a framework arrangement. Development Method Support: The sub-area covers expert/consulting services for development method support. The services include agile practices and methods (e.g., Scrum, DevOps, Lean), development of operational models (e.g., updating the Agile Development Playbook, effective use of Agile tools), as well as related coaching and training. The public sector has not chosen a specific Agile framework but aims to combine best practices to evaluate and continuously improve the most effective model for the organization. Applicants should have general knowledge of ICT development and maintenance operational models so that the experts can apply these models to the client’s operational environment.
