The Intern role is oriented towards supporting projects and/or initiatives with clients, providing support in research and analysis as required. The focus is on execution and delivery to both internal and external clients, generally under supervision and with guidance from the team. The position is primarily office or remote work. Interns will work alongside Korn Ferry consultants, allowing them to get to know our culture, consulting methodology, tools, and services. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Deliver high-quality work, meeting standards of timing, accuracy, and completeness. - Apply, under guidance, procedures and approaches to address administrative and operational tasks within projects. - Conduct secondary research, analyze and work with data, and prepare reports that provide context and insights for the team or project. - Support basic client research, information gathering, and proposal formatting, under supervision. - Work collaboratively within sales, project, or industry teams, facilitating information exchange. - Share transactional information, respond to basic queries about data or reports, and manage information requests. - In some cases, contribute comments or basic interpretation of analysis or data to support project goals and client relationships. - Participate in training and seek opportunities to expand knowledge beyond a specific area. - Gain experience in standard Korn Ferry analytical processes, as well as the use of proprietary tools, templates, and methodologies. - Develop knowledge of how Korn Ferry understands its clients, generally at the industry or sector level. REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS - Intermediate to advanced handling of Microsoft Office (365, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). - Intermediate to advanced level of English (oral and written). - Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional judgment to choose the appropriate channel (in-person, virtual, etc.). - Previous experience in business areas or professional services is a plus, but not exclusive. - Professional conduct and confidential handling of information are always expected. EDUCATION - Be currently enrolled in at least the second year of a university degree or equivalent. - Must remain a regular student during the internship period.
