Plastic Welding Skilled Excavator Supervisor - WorkPower Rakennus Otava Oy - Tampere, Finland

We are looking for a plastic welding skilled excavator supervisor to work on various water supply infrastructure projects in the Tampere area for our client. In this role, you will work as a partner to the excavator operator at different water supply sites. Your daily tasks include finishing excavations, assisting with pipe and cable installations, and plastic pipe welding. The sites vary, offering diverse tasks and the opportunity to utilize your skills in a practical environment. We expect you to have previous experience in earthworks or water supply sector tasks and plastic welding skills. The position requires valid PE plastic pipe butt welding and electric welding qualifications. We value an initiative working attitude, good teamwork skills, and an understanding of safe work practices on construction sites. Experience in constructing and renovating water supply networks is considered an advantage. We offer you the opportunity to work on interesting and varied projects as part of a professional team. Salary is based on Infra Collective Agreement, considering previous skills and experience, ranging from €13.59 to €16.90 per hour plus collective agreement benefits.
