Room Cleaning Supervisor, Lapland Hotels Luostotunturi - Staffpoint Holding Oy

We are looking for a Room Cleaning Supervisor at Lapland Hotels Luostotunturi for the winter season 2026-2027. The responsibilities of the Room Cleaning Supervisor include organizing and ensuring the quality of cleaning of hotel rooms, apartments, and public areas. The supervisor is responsible for efficient use of staff, high-quality work, and maintaining a positive work environment. You will oversee daily operations, guide employees, and support your team during shifts. You will participate in creating work schedules for room cleaning, handling orders, forecasts, and follow-ups. Additionally, you will actively participate in daily cleaning tasks and lead your team by example towards high performance. The work begins at the end of November and continues until spring 2027. The work hours are 112.5 hours/3 weeks. The employment relationship is established between the employee and Staffpoint. Lapland Hotels chain is a smoke-free workplace.
