Long-term position for a sheet metal welder! We are looking for a skilled sheet metal welder for our client at the Vantaa site. The role involves manufacturing metal structures on-site such as load-bearing frames, railings, doors and stairs in the workshop and preparing them for installation. The primary methods used are MIG welding and stick welding, so the candidate should be proficient with these techniques. Certificate papers are not required but are advantageous. Work starts once a suitable person is found, and for a good worker there is long-term work. The client’s workshop is located in Koivuhaka, Vantaa. To be considered you should have: - Experience in fabricating various metal structures in a workshop using MIG and stick welding. - Valid professional cards (occupational safety card and hot-work card); if you don’t have them, you must obtain them before starting work. - Good Finnish language skills — the supervisor speaks Finnish. - High work ethic — the job is independent and you are responsible for your own workmanship. - Social skills — you will get along with people even in tight situations.
