Maintenance Manager till Witron i Bålsta/ Wioss Witron On-site services GmbH - Barona Teollisuus Oy - Helsinki, Finland

WITRON is currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to join a highly automated logistics site in Bålsta. You will play a key role in ensuring high system availability, operational stability, and continuous improvement in a 24/7 environment. You will act as a strategic partner to the Site Manager and represent Witron towards the customer. Your responsibilities - Lead and develop the maintenance organization - Drive preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategies - Ensure high system uptime and efficient troubleshooting - Monitor and develop KPIs and drive continuous improvement (LEAN, RCA) - Manage budget, resources, and cost efficiency - Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all regulations - Act as key customer contact and ensure service quality Leadership - Lead, coach, and develop leaders and technical teams - Drive competence development and succession planning - Build a strong team culture aligned with performance and safety We are looking for someone who - Has experience leading technical operations, maintenance, or engineering teams - Is analytical, solution-oriented, and proactive - Has experience in automated environments (preferred) - Thrives in complex, fast-paced environments - Communicates fluently in Swedish and English Qualifications - University degree or equivalent technical background - Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance or technical operations - Solid understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems - Experience with KPI-driven improvement work - Ability to manage complex technical environments - PLC knowledge (e.g. Siemens S5/S7) is beneficial Additional information - Start date according to agreement - Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline Why WITRON? - WITRON values employees and strives to create a supportive and rewarding work environment. - Work in a high-tech, future-proof industry - International environment with strong development opportunities - A key leadership role with real impact Apply for the position today!
