We are looking for a skilled baker-confectioner for our client at Café Hillaa in Iisalmi for a long-term employment. The person should be proactive and cheerful, enjoying varied tasks and situations. The work includes baking as well as customer service, cash register work, and maintaining the cleanliness of the café. The main focus is on preparing custom cakes and other ordered products. We expect flexibility, enthusiasm, and initiative from you. We are seeking someone with a good work attitude who enjoys customer service. This role allows you to use your creativity and implement your ideas. You may have formal training and work experience in the field or have gained professional baking skills through strong hobbyist activity. What we offer and salary: We offer a pleasant working environment. The position is initially fixed-term and may later become permanent. The work is at least 25 hours per week plus possible additional hours, potentially full-time. Shifts are on weekdays from 6 am to 6 pm and on Saturdays from 6 am to 3 pm.
