Electrical Designer - Worker Pohjois-Suomi Oy - Kokkola, Finland

Would you like to focus specifically on industrial electrical design and work closely with clients? Are you looking for a role where you can utilize your skills in diverse and practical projects? We are currently seeking an electrical designer for our client company! As an electrical designer, you will work broadly within the industrial sector. You will be involved in design and project tasks close to the customer interface, applying your accumulated skills and experience. Your main responsibility will be serving local clients with electrical design work. Site investigations at customer sites are also an essential part of your role. Your workstation will be located in Kokkola. The work is varied and practical, allowing you to participate in projects at different stages of design. Your tasks will include field investigations, electrical circuit design, sizing calculations, selectivity analysis, and equipment specifications. You will work on diverse projects and solve electrical design challenges together with the team. The salary range for this position is €3,500–€5,000/month, depending on your experience. You are suitable for this role if you have: * An engineering degree (e.g., electrical engineering) * Several years of experience in electrical design, preferably in the industrial sector * Experience with CAD design software (e.g., Cadmatic) * An initiative-taking and meticulous work approach * Good communication skills and the ability to work at the customer interface, as well as fluent Finnish language skills It is a plus (but not mandatory) if you also have: * Experience in power engineering * Knowledge of database-based design software (e.g., Alma) * Previous experience working in industrial environments What our client company offers you: * Comprehensive onboarding and team support, extensive training and development opportunities, and an open and participative work culture * Clear goals to help you succeed in your work.
