Join the summer job at a football club in Tampere! We are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic young worker aged 15–28 for the late summer of 2026. Ilves-Kissat juniorit is a growing junior football club based in Tampere, focusing on youth football. Our teams train year-round, with age groups currently for juniors born between 2010 and 2019. The training is goal-oriented, individualized, and aimed at supporting children and young people’s enthusiasm for the sport and encouraging a diverse active lifestyle. More about our activities and values can be read on our website: ilveskissatjuniorit.fi What we expect from you You should be able to act naturally and responsibly with children and young people of different ages. The main focus of your work will be coaching and guiding young children. There are also opportunities, based on your interests, to work in marketing and/or administration. If you wish, you can take photos of groups, create social media posts, and develop our activities together with a club staff member and volunteers. We require a background in sports and a desire to work as a children's coach. We offer support and orientation, and you can participate in coaching training during working hours. Employment details The position is temporary and funded by a project grant, which means only applicants under 29 years old can be hired according to the grant conditions. You must be at least 15 years old at the start of employment. The part-time position is estimated to run from July 15 to September 30, 2026. We hope you can continue as a paid part-time coach in our club during the winter season 2027. Salary The hourly wage is approximately €13.50–€14.90 based on experience. We will employ you part-time so that you earn at least €1,000 gross from this summer job, possibly more depending on the tasks and your schedule.
