We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Lapua for packers and grinders for versatile production tasks. The role suits someone who enjoys practical tasks, has a good work attitude and is prepared to work physically as part of a skilled team. In the role you will be responsible for: grinding and finishing metal products; packing finished products and preparing them for shipment; visually inspecting product quality; maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the work environment; collaborating with production colleagues. We expect: previous experience in production, packing or grinding is advantageous but not mandatory; a cheerful and responsible work approach; good physical condition as the job includes lifting and other physical tasks; ability to work carefully and according to instructions; willingness to shift work; forklift driving is advantageous.
