
Talent Acquisition Team Lead - Trilogy International - Seoul, Korea, Republic of
Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to manage a high performing RPO Team and contribute to the growth and profitability goals by delivering best in class recruitment services. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the project deliverables. A key objective of the role is to ensure high quality service delivery and customer satisfaction is consistently maintained and achieved. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Talent Acquisition in the luxury retail space, experience with large team management, understanding of recruiting metrics and reporting standards, data analysis skills, excellent planning and organizing skills, and business communication in Korean and English. The role involves leading a team to ensure delivery, managing recruitment activities, building stakeholder trust, identifying improvement opportunities, and participating in project reviews. The working model is hybrid, with 4 days onsite per week in Jung‑gu.
