Agricultural Worker for Summer Jobs - Suomen Henkilöstöasiantuntijat Oy

We are looking for a skilled and motivated agricultural worker for summer employment with our partner company in Joutsa. The work begins in May and lasts until August. The farm has approximately 160 dairy cows and uses two milking robots. The work is diverse and responsible farm management. Job duties include daily care of dairy cows, operating and maintaining milking robots, caring for young stock and calves (including newborn calves), general maintenance of the barn, and ensuring cleanliness of work areas and animal health. We expect from you education in agriculture, previous work experience in the field, experience with milking robots and maintenance, good physical condition, Finnish language skills, and willingness to live in Joutsa or nearby municipalities. We offer full-time employment for the summer, working as part of a professional team, and diverse and responsible work on a modern farm. The working hours are daily from 6:30 to 10:30 and 15:30 to 19:30. Access to the workplace requires a B-driver's license and a personal car. Accommodation at the farm is not available. Salary is based on the Rural Industries Collective Agreement. The hourly wage will be agreed upon with the selected candidate. Factors influencing salary include, for example, agrologist or other relevant higher education and extensive and diverse work experience in the field.
