Job Description
We are looking for a customer service representative for billing for our client in Helsinki's Kalasatama. Your tasks include customer service via phone and email, billing advice, manual invoicing, correcting manual invoices, inquiries about payment caps, calculating payment caps, creating payment agreements, changing due dates, handling hardship applications, and other customer service inquiries. The workplace is located at Tynnyrintekijänkatu in Kalasatama. It is a full-time position working on weekdays, with flexible working hours between 7:00 and 19:00. The employment is temporary until the end of 2026, starting immediately upon finding a suitable candidate. The hourly wage is €20.89. We hope you have: - Teamwork skills - Customer-oriented attitude and interest in providing customer service via phone and email - Good stress tolerance - Previous work experience and education in the field (financial administration) - Language skills in Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage.
