Senior Recruiter - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

The role involves working as part of the RPO Talent Acquisition team supporting one of the world's leading Technology companies. The Senior Recruiter collaborates with hiring managers, provides expertise as a trusted advisor, and manages sourcing, screening, assessment, and marketing of candidates in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities include developing multi-channel sourcing strategies, building talent pools, managing client relationships, optimizing recruitment processes, and leading direct sourcing efforts. The candidate should have end-to-end recruitment experience in Tech/IT, experience in APAC region, client management skills, ATS operation experience, strong Excel skills, sourcing experience, and excellent communication skills in Japanese (native) and English (business level). The role requires flexibility, maturity, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage complex hiring situations.
