Construction Site Supervisor - TurkuTiimi Oy

We are looking for a proactive and independent construction supervisor to oversee diverse renovation projects. Our projects include apartment renovations, bathroom and wet room refurbishments, kitchen renovations, pipe renovations, and larger wet room renovations. The role is suitable for someone who wants to take responsibility for project success and manage multiple sites simultaneously. Your tasks may include supervision of apartment renovations, supervision of bathroom and wet room renovations, coordination of kitchen renovations, supervision of pipe renovations and other renovation sites, scheduling and resource planning for construction sites, guiding subcontractors and own personnel, coordinating material orders and site procurements, communicating with clients, property managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring safety and quality standards. We expect from you: experience in construction supervision, construction education or equivalent work experience, good organizational and collaboration skills, ability to manage multiple sites concurrently, driver’s license, proactive and responsible work attitude, knowledge of technical solutions in construction.
