Job Description
You will work in child protection aftercare with young adults aged 18-22 and their close network. As a social worker, you will be responsible for clients with special support needs and work according to the systemic model. You will collaborate closely with social workers and service providers. The work is diverse and requires broad knowledge of the service field, combining independent work and teamwork. You will work at the centralized aftercare unit covering the entire region of Southwest Finland, with a team of 13 social workers, 25 social counselors, and other support staff. The position is part-time (48%), working 2-3 days a week at Linnankatu 31, Turku, covering the whole region.
