Are you the construction site manager we are looking for? We are seeking a construction site manager for electrical substation projects at 400kV/110kV in Southern or Western Finland. As a site manager at Enerke, you will work on diverse construction supervision tasks at main and distribution network substations and other energy infrastructure projects. You will ensure that the technical construction work progresses on schedule, safely, and meets quality standards. Success in this role requires good communication skills, proficiency in spoken and written Finnish, and results-oriented thinking. It is advantageous if you have 5–10 years of experience in the construction industry. Projects may vary in location within the operational area, and the role requires readiness to travel. The start date will be agreed upon with the selected candidate. A security clearance will be conducted for the successful applicant.
