Workshop Manager - JOAB Finland Oy - Nurmijärvi, Finland

We are now seeking a practical Workshop Manager / After-sales Specialist to join our operations in Nurmijärvi. This is a broad and versatile role combining practical workshop coordination, customer communication, and technical support. You will be responsible for local after-sales activities and work closely with customers, service partners, and JOAB colleagues. Key Responsibilities - Managing service orders and receiving work at the workshop - Actively participating in maintenance and repair work (practical level) - Handling technical support calls related to JOAB equipment, HMF cranes, and hook-lifts - Preparing quotes for modification and special maintenance projects - Selling spare parts and processing shipments - Adjustments and installation of HMF cranes, warranty management for JOAB and HMF products - Inventory management and calculations - Providing technical training to service partners - Daily email communication with customers and internal stakeholders We expect from you: Experience in a workshop, maintenance, or after-sales environment, preferably with heavy vehicles, machinery, or cranes. You are technically skilled and enjoy both practical work and administrative tasks. You are organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Good communication skills in English and Finnish (Swedish is an advantage). You are service-minded and enjoy customer contact. Experience with JOAB equipment, hook-lifts, or HMF cranes is an advantage but not mandatory. What we offer: A broad and independent role with real impact on the company's operations.
