This can involve assisting in guest service during meals as part of the overall experience. This role is about presence. General requirements include the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, natural interaction skills with guests of all ages, confidence in performing and storytelling, imagination and situational awareness, strong sense of responsibility and initiative, willingness to learn and develop, and fluent spoken English. Considered an advantage are additional languages, especially Spanish, commitment to working throughout the entire season, interest in sales, experience in restaurant or service work, holding a driving license and experience driving in snowy, icy conditions, readiness to work outdoors in Arctic winter conditions, good time management, and a solution-oriented approach. What to expect includes structured training before the season, a clear introduction to the story and environment, an international team, a supportive work environment, seasonal work in Rovaniemi, hourly salary with supplements and holiday pay, employment under the collective agreement, flexible hours including weekends, and employee benefits. Send your application by September 1, 2026, to share your story.
