Store Manager for the Newly Opening Biltema Department Store in Oulu - Biltema Suomi Oy - Oulu, Finland

Do you have a drive to develop your skills in the field? We are now looking for a STORE MANAGER for our new department store in Oulu, on a permanent full-time basis. As a store manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the department store in close cooperation with the store manager. You will ensure that the store always has sufficient products, attractive displays that draw customers, and optimal staffing at all times. You will act as the direct supervisor of the store staff and be part of the store management team. We expect from you: - Commercial education and/or experience in supervisory roles in retail. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to take responsibility and work independently. - Positive attitude and flexibility. - Willingness to work all shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. - Finnish language skills, with English and Swedish skills considered an advantage.
