Graduate Process Engineer ( Thai proficiency required) - AFRY Finland - Remote - Global

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Process Engineer to join our LNG and Green Fuels team at AFRY Thailand. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to develop technical expertise in process engineering and gain exposure to multidisciplinary energy and industrial projects focused on sustainable and low-carbon solutions. The successful candidate will support senior engineers in process design, engineering calculations, simulations, technical documentation, and project execution for LNG, hydrogen, ammonia, and other green-fuel initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional consulting environment while contributing to the energy transition and sustainable development projects across the region. The qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, with fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience encouraged to apply. Internship or academic project experience in energy, LNG, or industrial sector is advantageous. Basic knowledge of process simulation software like Aspen HYSYS preferred. Understanding of Heat & Material Balance, Process Flow Diagrams, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, and process calculations is required. Exposure to LNG, hydrogen, ammonia, or green fuel projects is a plus. Familiarity with engineering calculations, equipment sizing, and technical documentation is necessary. Good communication skills in Thai and English are essential. Candidates based in Thailand are preferred.
