The role of a kitchen sales associate involves a strong sales component. Leadership skills, resilience under pressure, and the ability to manage overall tasks are emphasized in this role. You act as a project manager in each of your projects and maintain ongoing communication with customers, suppliers, the warehouse, and installers. In sales, you understand that customer service does not watch the clock, and sometimes work requires flexibility to work in the evenings. Our store is open on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm and on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm. We are looking for a proactive, initiative-taking, sensible person with a good attitude, but above all, someone eager to develop and grow into a skilled kitchen sales associate. If you have experience with kitchen renovations, building a house, or remodeling, you already have a good foundation for understanding our customers’ needs. Success in this role requires good communication skills and a visual eye, as well as a careful work approach. An entrepreneurial spirit will take you far! Our working language is Finnish, but we also serve customers in English. Swedish language skills are an advantage. We make customer visits to sites, so a driver’s license and a car are essential. Our store is located in Suomenoja, Espoo, with good transportation links and free parking. You will start with an existing customer base, and we will train you well for the job. We offer the opportunity to become part of a stable family company where you can earn a competitive salary. Salary is based on a guaranteed salary plus commission, with no commission cap.
