We are looking for an office worker for our client company at the Espoo office on a permanent basis. There is an option for hybrid work. Your tasks will include handling invoicing for a towing service company and daily billing tasks such as processing kilometers and other expense items. The ideal candidate is someone who works accurately, proactively, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The position is part-time, with work during weekdays within office hours. Daily working hours vary depending on the situation. The company's office is located in Espoo with good transportation connections. You can also choose to work remotely if desired. The role requires previous invoicing experience, fluent Finnish language skills, and good IT skills. Proficiency in English, previous experience in customer service, and strong interpersonal skills are considered advantages.
