Responsibilities include developing customer contact plans, acting as the first point of contact for queries and complaints, identifying sales opportunities, proposing suitable products, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining CRM data. The position emphasizes customer focus, operational compliance, performance management, and personal development. Skills required include understanding customer needs, strategic questioning, rapport building, resistance management, and initiating sales conversations. Experience in solution sales, especially in the automotive industry, and proficiency in English are required. A driver’s license for cars and trucks is necessary if needed. The role is permanent, full-time, on-site in Tema, Ghana, with 50-75% travel. Reporting to the Sales Manager, Ghana.
