Fiskars-konserniin kuuluva Sorsakosken keitto-ja paistoastiatehdas – 70 vuotta Tehdas sijaitsee yhdeksän kilometrin päässä Leppävirrasta ja 20 kilometrin päässä Varkaudesta. Tehdas on palkittu useaan otteeseen laadukkaiden tuotteiden kehittämisestä sekä uusista innovaatioista. Tällä hetkellä tehtaalla työskentelee noin 60 työntekijää. Haemme nyt tehtaallemme useampia teknisiä operaattoreita vaativiin valmistus- ja koneistustehtäviin automatisoiduille tuotantolinjoille. Taustastasi ja kokemuksestasi riippuen rooliin voi sisältyä myös tuotantoa ja kunnossapitoa tukevia monipuolisia työtehtäviä. Tehtävä sopii sinulle, jos sinulla on koulutuksen tai kokemuksen kautta hankittu vankka tekninen osaaminen ja/tai ymmärrys tuotantoympäristön koneistus- ja laitehuollon tehtävistä. Sopiva koulutustaustasi voi olla esimerkiksi automaatio-, kone- ja metallitekniikan tai asennusalan koulutus. Olet oma-aloitteinen ja toimeen tarttuva tiimipelaaja. Toimit kiireessäkin huolellisesti ja tarkasti. Lisäksi sinulla on aito halu kehittää omaa ammatillista osaamistasi ja kehittyä tulevaisuuden ydinosaajaksi. Sinulla on valmius tarvittaessa kolmivuorotyöhön, pääosin toimimme tällä hetkellä kahdessa vuorossa. Kommunikoit sujuvasti suomen kielellä sekä suullisesti että kirjallisesti.
