Substitute for Early Childhood Education Teacher in Laukaa Municipality - Laukaan kunta - Laukaa, Finland

We are seeking an early childhood education teacher/pre-kindergarten teacher for a fixed-term position at Lievestuori Daycare in Laukaa Municipality. Join our relaxed team! There is also a kota (lean-to) in the yard used daily by children and adults. We are looking for an enthusiastic early childhood education teacher with good interaction and teamwork skills to join our community. Qualifications for the position are determined by the Early Childhood Education Act (540/2018). The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract as required by the law on the criminal background check for those working with children (504/2002). If qualified applicants are not available, we will also consider unqualified and soon-to-be graduates. Laukaa’s early childhood education focuses on nature, physical activity, and play, which are implemented in all our early childhood units. Educator teams and work communities implement full-day pedagogy, taking into account individual needs of children and positive pedagogy. The early childhood education teacher acts as the pedagogical expert for their own child group. They plan and implement activities considering children’s participation and interests.
