Service Manager, Psychotherapist - Coronaria Oy - Jyväskylä, Finland

We are currently seeking a Service Manager for our Jyväskylä location to build a psychotherapy-focused team and expand our operations in Central Finland. Your team may include psychotherapists, neuropsychologists, and psychologists. You will have the opportunity to build a local team and develop operations using existing models already in use at other locations. In this role, you will ensure that your team members and independent practitioners have the best possible conditions to succeed. You will lead your team at the Jyväskylä location and ensure that customer processes proceed smoothly and systematically. You will also actively collaborate with stakeholders. The primary focus of your managerial work is supporting the daily work of your team. In addition to managerial duties, you will also work as a psychotherapist. Partial remote work is possible. The Service Director will act as your immediate supervisor and support you in your new role. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for your location’s results and report to the Service Director. You will also be part of the team of Service Managers for psychological services, receiving support from other managers and contributing to the development of our psychotherapy services. The location also hosts other rehabilitation teams and managers with whom you will work closely. You will become part of a nationwide network of over 1200 professionals actively developing our rehabilitation and therapy services. To succeed in this role, you should have: - A degree in social and health care and a qualification as an individual psychotherapist granted by the National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health. - Previous managerial experience in the social and health sector is considered an advantage but is not mandatory. - Proficient IT skills to perform tasks smoothly. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to react quickly to changing situations. - An enthusiastic attitude, strong communication and organizational skills, a responsible work approach, and local network knowledge. - A driver’s license and the ability to use your own car.
