Our offices are currently located in Rovaniemi, Tornio, Oulu, Raahe, Ylivieska, Seinäjoki, Tampere, and Helsinki. Our growth continues, and we are opening a new office in Turku to strengthen our expansion. We are looking for a RECRUITER for our office opening in Turku in autumn 2026. You have solid experience in recruitment within the personnel sector. Recruitment in the construction and industrial sectors is considered an advantage. You are responsible and proactive, able to handle rapidly changing situations quickly. You are proficient with electronic systems, produce smooth written communication, and are not afraid to pick up the phone and meet people. As a recruiter, you will engage in exciting work within a successful and growing personnel company. Your tasks include managing personnel leasing and recruitment assignments, handling applications, conducting interviews, making personnel selections, and employment matters. We are also looking for a sales manager to join your team. You will be supported by a team of top professionals with careers in the personnel sector. Our team includes experts in sales, recruitment, and financial administration, with clear guidelines and goals set by management.
