The role involves working in the Platform Squad, an engineering-focused team responsible for product infrastructure and architecture, supporting customer-facing squads, ensuring product reliability, quality, and performance. Responsibilities include owning the roadmap, collaborating with engineering and product teams, removing blockers, scoping projects, managing sprints, and developing concepts with stakeholders. The role is suitable for entry-level candidates and those early in their product management journey, requiring a computer science degree or related experience, 2+ years of product management experience, interest in technology and software development, understanding of agile practices, and excellent communication skills. Bonus points for experience with education technology and cybersecurity.
