We are now looking for a skilled sleep care nurse in Lahti, Heinola, and Mäntsälä. The work of a nurse at Terveystalo involves health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment. Nurses are one of the largest professional groups at Terveystalo, working in private clinics, hospital operating rooms, or as digital nurses in online services. As a nurse in Lahti, Heinola, and Mäntsälä, you will perform diverse nursing tasks, including independent reception and sleep nurse duties, assisting with minor procedures, taking emergency samples, and endoscopies. A valid sleep nurse qualification is required. Clients include private, occupational health, and insurance company customers of all ages. You will be supported by a good multidisciplinary team. The position is permanent and full-time, working in two shifts on weekdays from 7:30 am to 8 pm and weekends from 9 am to 3 pm. We are transitioning to team-based shift planning to better balance work and personal life. The work can be hectic, but you will have support from your team and supervisor. Digital tools and channels support reception work. Compensation includes task-based salary, possible personal bonus, and employee benefits, following the private healthcare sector collective agreement (TPTES). The minimum salary for a nurse in the demanding VR4 group is €2693.83/month, with potential increases based on experience and location. Additional pay factors include personal bonuses, responsibilities, and seniority.
