In home care, your work is diverse, independent, and people-oriented. You will work in clients' own homes in the Seinäjoki area, supporting them to manage daily activities safely and as independently as possible. Your tasks include, among others: Basic care and daily assistance for clients, Medication management (according to your skills and licenses), Overall health monitoring and measurements, Supporting clients' functional capacity and well-being.
