Job Description
Join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team supporting one of Australia’s most recognised brands. This is a hands-on coordination role where you’ll keep recruitment moving and deliver a great candidate experience. Korn Ferry partners with Westpac as their Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider, supporting permanent and fixed term hiring across specialist and volume roles in Australia. Coordinate interviews across multiple roles and stakeholders Manage onboarding tasks (background checks, documentation) Act as the key contact for candidate queries Partner with hiring managers and TA to keep processes on track Identify opportunities to improve and simplify processes. Supportive, collaborative team environment Flexible hybrid working (Sydney CBD + WFH).
