ARCTIA MANAGEMENT SERVICES OY We are seeking a Manning and HR Planner for a permanent position at the Katajanokka office to work as part of the Manning Unit. Your responsibilities include crew management of ships and planning the use of maritime personnel according to vessel operation profiles. Your key duties will include: * Ensuring that designated ships are crewed with qualified, suitable, sufficiently language-proficient, and health- and authority-compliant crew, considering international, national, and shipping company requirements * Planning work shifts for designated ships * Supporting maritime personnel with personnel matters and travel arrangements * Participating in the development and implementation of personnel and training plans We expect you to have: * Appropriate maritime or HR education * At least 3–5 years of experience in maritime operations or personnel management * Excellent skills in office software, especially Excel * Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to learn new things * Precise and independent working style, as well as teamwork skills within the organization * Stress resilience and flexibility * Good Finnish and English language skills * It is especially advantageous if you have experience with shipping companies, personnel planning, maritime employment relations, maritime legislation, and working conditions We offer a friendly work community, a competitive salary system, and employee benefits.
